Our company mission is to provide quality mulch and soil products and stellar service at a reasonable price. In 1986 Larry & Janie Berg incorporated their small mulch operation with 3 employees without knowing what was to come during the next 34 years. It has expanded beyond all expectations with Larry and Janie’s 3 daughters; Tonya, April and Jamie, each taking over a department and helping maintain Grant County Mulch throughout the years. We now exceed 300 employees and utilize hundreds of outside vendors. Serving customers throughout the Mid-Atlantic, North East, Ohio Valley, Mid-West, Tennessee Valley and Piedmont Regions. As the largest bulk sales company in the Mid-Atlantic/Northeast region, Grant County Mulch understands the importance of quality products and timely deliveries. We have 9 locations in 4 different states; Maryland, Virginia, West Virginia and Kentucky.
