Jo Ann is not a natural born salesperson. Few of us are. She stumbled into sales by accident. When a back injury in college forced her to take a job sitting down, she found herself doing telemarketing work. Over time, as she advanced in her career, Jo Ann found herself looking at ways to make effective communication easier. Having managed and trained many entry level sales and service people, Jo Ann developed processes to help people with little or no sales experience achieve and exceed their goals. Jo Ann strives to help others accomplish their objectives through better communication.
